Gregory began his career in higher education. Educated in Europe, he taught university in Ireland for several years before returning to the United States, where he continued his work as a professor and researcher.

He later transitioned into corporate marketing and spent 15 years in leadership roles focused on digital strategy and communications. Over time, a desire to work directly with people and to invest more deeply in his local community drew him into real estate.

Today, Gregory works in real estate sales, serves as a state-certified real estate licensing instructor, and contributes thought leadership on the emerging role of AI in real estate.

Originally from New York City, he now calls Grand Rapids home.
