Gregory began his career in higher education. Educated in Europe, he was a university professor in Ireland for several years before returning to the United States, where he continued his work as a professor and researcher.

He later transitioned into corporate marketing and spent 15 years in leadership roles focused on digital strategy and communications. Over time, a desire to work directly with people and to invest more deeply in his local community drew him into real estate.

Today, Gregory serves as a state-certified real estate licensing instructor and engages in residential sales throughout West Michigan.
