How do I get a real estate license?

What are my continuing education requirements?
18 hours of credits every 3 years of your licensing cycle
Each year, you must take 2 hours of legal credits and 1 hour of fair housing.
The remaining 9 credits are electives and may be taken at any time during the 3-year licensing cycle.
