How do I get a real estate license?
Take the State-required 40-hour Pre-Licensing Course. Pass the State Exam. Select a brokerage. Reach out, and I can fill in the details.
What are my continuing education requirements?
18 hours of credits every 3 years of your licensing cycle
Each year, you must take 2 hours of legal credits and 1 hour of fair housing.
The remaining 9 credits are electives and may be taken at any time. during the 3-year licensing cycle.
